The damage to the person is substantial in terms of health, peace, joy, contentment in their lives and costs in terms of personal growth in context of abundant living, healthy relationships and missed opportunities are high. These emotions are a direct result of your past environment and your perceptions of the past.
We teach in identifying the harmful emotions, handling them and rooting them out through counselling and therapy, so that life can be joyful, peaceful, full of love and excitement as you face the present and future, leaving the past behind you.
